Payment Gateway Status

We use this page to monitor whether the payment gateways behind our WooCommerce plugins, our Freemius checkout (for licences and subscriptions), and weareag.co.uk are up or down. If a service is unreachable, we alert our team and update the status here so merchants and support can see it quickly.

A green status means the service responded normally. It does not reflect your store setup, account configuration, or individual transaction issues.
