We use this page to monitor whether the payment gateways behind our WooCommerce plugins, our Freemius checkout (for licences and subscriptions), and weareag.co.uk are up or down. If a service is unreachable, we alert our team and update the status here so merchants and support can see it quickly.
A green status means the service responded normally. It does not reflect your store setup, account configuration, or individual transaction issues.

Plugin automation tests
We run automated tests every day across our plugin demo sites, checking key payment and checkout processes to help us spot potential problems as early as possible.
These daily tests give us an ongoing view of how our plugins are performing and can highlight issues caused by changes to WooCommerce, WordPress or other parts of the payment process.
Automation is only one part of our testing. Before we release any plugin update, we also carry out manual checks to make sure everything is working as expected before the update reaches our customers.
